Other Terms & Conditions
1.Above charges are exclusive of GST (except Demat Annual Maintenance Charges).
2.Agroy reserves the right to revise the charges by giving not less than 30 days notice to the client.
3.All statutory charges including Exchange Transaction Charges, SEBI Fee, Securities Transaction Tax, Stamp Duties and GST shall be levied extra as applicable from time to time.
4.Non-periodic printed statements shall be charged @ ₹ 25/- per statement.
5.Delayed payment charges @ 2.0% per month shall be levied on all outstanding dues.
6.A minimum brokerage of Rs.25/- per contract note shall be charged in NSE and BSE Cash Segment only.
7.Interest @18% shall be levied on non maintenance of cash to collateral ratio of atleast 50:50.
